How to repair your faulty mobile phone with MobileRepairs4U

There are a number of ways you can contact MobileRepairs4U if you need your mobile phone repaired.

Log a Fault on MobileRepairs4U Faults

From the drop down repairs list, select the make of the mobile phone you need repaired. On the next page select the exact model, and then select the fault you are experiencing with your mobile. If there is more than one fault with your mobile, select all that apply. Complete all your details and pay for the repairs. You will then receive, via email a prepaid postage label to attach to the packaged mobile. Take this to any post office for delivery via Royal Mail.

If you don’t know what the fault is with your mobile, select the Diagnostic Service and MobileRepairs4U will diagnose the fault for you. Once we have diagnosed the fault, a customer service representative will contact you, to discuss repairing your faulty mobile phone and for your approval of all costs involved.

If the repair of your faulty mobile phone is urgent, when processing your fault, select Courier Collect and for an additional fee, your mobile phone will be collected from you and returned to you, by courier.

Phoning MobileRepairs4U

Call MobileReparis4U on the number given on the website, and one of our customer service representatives will take all your details including the faults you are experiencing, and discuss the options with you and all costs involved in repairing your faulty mobile phone.

MobileReparis4U will email or post a free postage label for you to attach to the package and mail via any post office.

Visit Our Office

If you are based in London, we have an office in east London where you can take your phone. If you wish to drop your phone into the office either; log a fault via the website and select either the Walk in or Express While you Wait service, or call us and we can arrange a time for you to call into the office.

The Walk In service allows you to drop the phone in the office for repairs, and collect later the same day. The Express While you Wait service is a speedy 30 minute repair.

No fix No fee

We have a no fix, no fee policy. If we are unable to repair your faulty mobile phone we will return the phone to you and refund all money you paid for the repair.

Warranty

When repairing your faulty mobile phone, we will only replace any faulty parts with Grade A parts. Any phone repaired in the MobileRepairs4U workshop is covered by our one year warranty. This covers the repair carried out and any parts replaced.
